What to expect next
Once you’ve sent your enquiry, I’ll be in touch to arrange a short introductory conversation. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share what you’d like support with, and get a sense of whether I’m the right therapist for you.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll agree a time for your first session, either in person or online. From there, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
